TF Chip Stem Cell Kit The TF Chip Stem Cell Kit is designed for profiling activated transcription factors (TF) related to stem cell differentiation, proliferation, or apoptosis. Twelve activated transcription factors can be monitored simultaneously in one experiment. Double stranded DNA containing the transcription factor specific binding site is spotted onto a coated glass surface; the array is then incubated with a nuclear protein extract and detection is performed with antibodies specific for the activated transcription factor. The kit can be used with samples from human, mouse or rat. An extensive control system is integrated in each array: all probes are spotted in triplicate; for each probe, a mutated sequence is spotted as negative binding control; a dilution series of positive detection controls at the bottom of the array is used for data linearization.
