ANN American Academy of Neurology An international professional association of more than 21,000 neurologists and neuroscience professionals dedicated to providing the best possible care for patients with neurological disorders. AACR American Association for Cancer Research The oldest and largest scientific organization in the world focused on cancer research. They foster the exchange of knowledge and new ideas among scientists dedicated to cancer research, provide training opportunities for researchers, and increase public understanding of cancer. AACR publishes six peer-reviewed scientific journals and CR, a magazine for cancer survivors, patient advocates, their families, physicians and scientists. AAI American Association of Immunologists The largest association of immunologists in the world, aiming to advance knowledge of immunology and related disciplines, to foster the exchange of ideas, and to promote an understanding of the field of immunology. AAI publishes The Journal of Immunology (JI). AHA American Heart Association A national voluntary health agency whose mission is: "Building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke.” ASH American Society of Hematology The mission of ASH is to further the understanding, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disorders affecting the blood, bone marrow, and the immunologic, hemostatic and vascular systems, by promoting research, clinical care, education, training, and advocacy in hematology. ASH publishes the journal Blood. BSH British Society for Haematology Aims to advance the practice and study of haematology and facilitate contact between persons interested in haematology. BSH publishes the Guidelines from the British Committee for Standards in Haematology. EHA European Hematology Association Aims to promote excellence in clinical practice, research and education in European haematology. EHA publishes Haematologica/The Hematology Journal. FASEB Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology A coalition of independent member societies that serve the interests of biomedical and life scientists, particularly those related to public policy issues. FASEB publishes The FASEB Journal. HSANZ Hematology Society of Australia and New Zealand Aims to inform members of the most recent developments in haematology, and to advance knowledge and inspire continued professional development in this discipline.
