Can anyone shed some light on what will happen if mouse ESC suspension is kept in centrifuge vial for 1 or 2 days at 4 degree centigrade inside a refrigerator? Another thing, for mouse ESC in suspension in centrifuge tube, on exposure to UV for several hours, what one can expect about the cell fate?

any ESC cell lines are very Sensitive to Low and high Temperature(optimum Temperature 37 +_1Degree centrigrade). Normally Most of the ESC cells will Die to Shock of Temperature Shift from 37 Degree to 4 Degree centrigade within one hour. UV can induce mutation in the Genome of ESC cell lines and Eventually undergo Death.
